Jefa
A few things to know

Terms of use.

Jefa is a household assistant. By using it you agree to these terms.

Effective November 2, 2026

Using Jefa

You must be 18 or older to use Jefa. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in secure and respect the privacy of other household members.

A helpful reminder

Jefa uses automated systems and AI to suggest reminders. It can misunderstand an email, miss a date or deliver a notification late. Check important details against the original message and keep your own arrangements for appointments, payments and deadlines.

Financial figures Jefa shows come from you or from the data provider you connect (Plaid) and can be out of date. Jefa only reads account information; it never moves money for you. The home search keeps your areas, saved homes and plans on Jefa’s server; live property listings are not connected, and the amounts in a buying plan are your own estimates, not an appraisal or a legal opinion. Jefa is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. Phone settings, network access and outside services can affect notifications and location reminders.

Your choices

You choose which inboxes and optional features to connect. You can disconnect an inbox, change sharing settings or delete your account in the app. Our privacy policy explains data use, retention and deletion.

Availability and changes

Jefa is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, limit or discontinue the service. Jefa is free; there are no purchases or subscriptions in the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
